Client Portal

For each of our clients, we create a personal portal via Citrix Sharefile. We email an invitation that includes your username and temporary password to your personal portal. You may also access your personal portal via a mobile app. This feature allows you to scan or take photos of your financial documents and upload them to our shared files . The links to download the app for either iPhone/iPad and Android devices are provided below.

To Get Started:​

Using your username and temporary password emailed to you, log in for the first time.

Update your temporary password once you have logged into your account with a permanent password. If this has already been done, you can move to step 3.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all the folders associated with your account.

Click on the folder you would like to open in order to access those files.

Either "download", print or save your files to your computer.

To upload documents, click on the top right corner where it says "Upload Documents". Select the files you wish to upload and click "upload".

When finished, click "Log Out" in the top right corner.
